Tile & Grout Cleaning Restores What Mopping Cannot.
Mops push dirty water into grout lines. Over time, restrooms get dingy, shower rooms get grimy, and kitchen tile traps grease build-up that no amount of mopping will remove. Periodic tile and grout cleaning resets the floor to bright and sanitary.
Hot-water extraction with commercial-grade tile machines pulls grout-line dirt and build-up out of the floor. Restrooms come back bright, shower rooms de-grimed, and kitchen tile degreased.
- Quarterly — restrooms and shower rooms
- Bi-annually — kitchens and break-rooms
- Annually — lobbies and tiled common areas
- As-needed — grout sealing after deep clean
Keep Carpet Looking New for Years.
Office and common-area carpet wears fastest in traffic lanes — entries, corridors, conference rooms, elevator landings. A rotational carpet care program protects fibers, extends life, and keeps the space looking like the day it was installed.
We pair hot-water extraction (deep clean) with interim encapsulation cleaning on a rotating cadence so the carpet never gets behind. Spot treatment, traffic-lane care, and entry-mat service available daily.
- Daily/Weekly — vacuum, spot treatment, entry-mat service
- Monthly/Quarterly — encapsulation traffic-lane cleaning
- Bi-annually — hot-water extraction in common areas
- Annually — full-floor extraction & restoration
One Vendor From Build to Daily Service.
New construction or renovation? We handle post-construction cleaning first, then transition into recurring janitorial — same supervisor, same insurance, same crew standards.

Do you require a long-term contract? +
We work on month-to-month and annual contracts. Most clients choose annual for the better rate and dedicated crew, but we won’t lock you into a multi-year deal you can’t walk away from.
What is the difference between scrub-and-recoat and strip-and-wax? +
Scrub-and-recoat removes worn finish and applies 1–2 fresh coats — quarterly maintenance. Strip-and-wax removes all wax down to the bare VCT and applies 4–6 fresh coats — annual deep restoration. Buffing in between (weekly/monthly) keeps the shine.
Can you handle the building maintenance items between cleanings? +
Yes — light bulbs, ceiling tiles, ballasts, small drywall patches, hardware adjustments, and other minor repairs. Most are bundled into your janitorial visits at no extra trip charge.
What types of buildings do you service? +
Offices, retail and storefront, medical and dental, multifamily common areas, churches, daycares, gyms, light industrial, and CRE buildings. Central Ohio commercial cleaning since [year — verify before publishing].
Are your crews trained and inspected? +
Yes. Crews go through onboarding, safety, chemical-handling, and SOP training before they lead a route. Supervisors run regular photo-documented inspections and meet with the property manager or owner on a set cadence.
Do you also handle post-construction cleaning? +
Yes. See our construction cleaning page. We typically handle the post-construction cleanup first, then transition into recurring janitorial after handover.
