WHO WE ARE

Absolute Integrated Solutions is a women-owned company built around a straightforward idea: property services should be done well, by people who know what they’re doing, for clients who deserve to stop worrying about it.

Our leadership brings more than 25 years across the full breadth of maintenance operations — property maintenance, in-house facility operations, third-party service models, contracting services, multifamily operations, and single-family rental work — leading teams, running multi-site operations, and managing projects from individual home repairs to portfolio-scale assignments. We hold Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification and project management credentials, and we bring that discipline to a category that has historically operated without it.

Where we stand apart is in how we think about the work. Property services is part trade, part operations, part judgment — and the judgment piece is what most providers underestimate.
