New windows ship with labels, stickers, and adhesive residue that get baked on in the sun. Removed wrong, you scratch the glass. We handle it with the right solvents, scrapers, and frame protection.

What is the difference between rough clean and final clean? +
Rough construction cleanup happens after framing, drywall, paint, and bulk trade work — debris removal, mud chunk pickup, and trash haul-out. Final construction cleaning happens just before owner walk-through — detail dusting, fixture wipe, glass cleaning, baseboard detail, and a punch-list walk.
Do you clean during construction or only after? +
Both. We phase rough cleanings into the project timeline so finish trades work in a clean environment. Many GCs schedule us between trades to keep the site safe and inspection-ready.
What types of buildings do you clean? +
Office build-outs, retail and storefront, medical and dental, multifamily new construction, CRE renovations, restaurant builds, and warehouse/industrial. Single-tenant homes only when bundled with a larger residential project.
